Learn the art of sugaring

This sugaring workshop is designed for beauty professionals as well as students currently enrolled in esthetics or cosmetology programs looking to learn or refine their technique in a personalized, hands-on setting. Each training is conducted as a private session, allowing for focused guidance and support throughout the learning process. 

Intro Workshop

The intro workshop is a foundational training designed to build a strong understanding of sugaring technique. Each session lasts approximately 5 hours and includes a thorough theory discussion, demonstration, and guided hands-on practice.

This training focuses on building confidence, improving control, and developing proper technique through the Homebody Sugaring approach, with an emphasis on slowing down, being intentional, and prioritizing client comfort. 

Pricing: $400

Introductory rate: $300 for first few students

Additional Training Day

The additional training day is designed for continued practice and refinement. This session lasts approximately 6 hours and is primarily hands-on with minimal theory.

This option can be booked as an add-on to the intro workshop or as a standalone session for those who already have a foundational understanding of sugaring theory. 

Pricing: $250

What to Expect

Students are required to provide a model for the hands-on portion. For the additional training day, it is recommended to have more than one model scheduled in order to make the most of the 6 hour session. 

All professional supplies are provided (excluding gloves), and each student will receive a training guide for continued reference. A certificate of completion will be provided following the workshop. 

Students are expected to wear all black on the day of training to maintain a professional working environment.

Workshops are tailored to individual experience levels, creating a supportive space to learn, practice, and build confidence. It is best suited for those who are new to sugaring or at a beginner level and looking to develop confidence and proper technique. It is not intended for advanced professionals who are already confident in their technique. 

Confidence in sugaring takes time, repetition, and patience. What may feel unfamiliar at first will become more natural with practice and consistency. Everyone starts somewhere, and growth comes from showing up, learning, and giving yourself the space to improve.
