• Stay Hydrated: Drink plenty of water to keep your skin hydrated from within, promoting softness and elasticity.
• Avoid Heat and Sweat: For the first 24-48 hours, try to avoid hot showers, saunas, or intense workouts. Your skin is in its most sensitive state, and avoiding excess heat or friction will help prevent irritation.
