Policies

Appointments must be booked under the person who will be receiving the service
All clients must fill out the waiver form before receiving services
When booking at Homebody Sugaring, you agree to the policies in place
Credit/debit cards are required to book an appointment. Your card will not be charged until after the service is complete. However, you will be charged if you cancel within 24 hours of your appointment or if you do not show up
Cancellations and/or rescheduling require at least 24 hours in advance
Late cancellations will be charged 50% of the service(s) booked
No Call No Shows will be charged 100% of the service(s) booked
If you arrive more than 10 minutes late to your appointment, it may result in modifying your service(s) or rescheduling the appointment entirely

Arrive on time for your scheduled appointment; please inform your sugarist if you are running more than 10 minutes late.
Give adequate notice if you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment. You can cancel your appointment online up to 24 hours prior to your service.
Clearly communicate your hair removal needs and any concerns you may have.
Due to the type of services provided, please maintain good personal hygiene prior to your service.
Homebody Sugaring is a safe space and will not tolerate any disrespect to the sugarist's time, personhood, profession, or any other staff or clients that may be present.
Improper behavior such as making insults or negative comments, aggressive language, threatening physical harm or violence, making inappropriate sexual comments or advances are unacceptable and is grounds for immediate termination of current and future services at Homebody Sugaring.
