Homebody is a professional treatment space. Clients are expected to conduct themselves respectfully and appropriately at all times. 

The following behaviors are not tolerated and will result in immediate termination of the service, and the client will not be permitted to book future appointments:

• Sexual or suggestive comments, jokes, sounds or gestures
• Rude, dismissive, aggressive, or disrespectful behavior
• Inappropriate movement, positioning, or behavior during the service
• Any form of unwanted or inappropriate touching

All services are strictly professional. This etiquette policy exists to maintain a safe, calm, and respectful environment for both client and provider. 

Homebody is operated by a solo provider, and all appointment policies are in place to protect service quality, time, and availability for every client. 

Appointment Length & Service Limits

• Appointments are limited to a maximum of 2 hours per session.
• Service combinations totaling more than 2 hours are not permitted.
• Full-body services are not offered in a single appointment and must be broken up into separate appointments on different days.

Appointments booked outside of these guidelines may be adjusted or canceled at the provider's discretion. 

Cancellation & Rescheduling

• Appointments must be canceled or rescheduled at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled appointment time. 
• Cancellations or reschedules made within 24 hours, as well as no-shows, may result in a charge or forfeiture of the appointment. 

Payment & Booking Requirements

• A valid debit or credit card is required to book an appointment.
•  Cards are securely stored and used in accordance with the cancellation and no-show policy.
